Finishing Foreman/Manager - Navan, MeathPermanent PositionOur client who are an established Main Contractor with over 40 years' experience within the Irish market is seeking a talented Finishing Foreman/Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position and is based in Navan on a development consisting of 44 apartments/duplex units and 14 houses in Phase 1 of the project. This is a long term permanent position with 4 years employment on this specific site.The successful candidate will receive the opportunity to join a growing company with a position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.Requirements

Trade Background or Construction related degree
Previous Finishing Foreman/Manager experience with a track record
Minimum 5-7 years' experience working within the Construction Industry
Ambitious and hands on approach to projects
Sound Knowledge of latest Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
