This strategic expansion is in perfect alignment with the remarkable growth observed in the Data Centre industry, reflecting our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.Key Responsibilities:· Management of secured projects.· Assist with the Design and Co-ordination process between the client and contractors e.g. Architect, Consultant, Steel, and Cladding contractors· Develop and manage a detailed project delivery schedule and work plan· Ensure quality control procedures are implemented in-line with the manufacturers guidelines and liaise with the clients to ensure client user and operability is in-line with the product’s intended use· Client relationship management· Liaise with senior management team· Track project progress and costs rigorously and mitigate potential risks· Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables· Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements· Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection· Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications· Preparing technical submittals following detailed project approval processes· Completing health and safety documentation as required· Assisting on site works such as snagging, pre commissioning and commissioning and ensuring all the associated paperwork is completed to the highest standardQualifications/Your Background
  • Third Level Engineering Qualification. Preferably Mechanical/Electrical or Building services.
  • 5+ years of project management and related experience
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelines
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Excellent analytical and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • CAD
  • BIM/ REVIT
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various team projects
  • High organization and time management skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using good judgment & initiative
  • Build strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Work independently without regular direct supervision
