Financial Advisor - Life & Pensions - DublinOur client, a well-established and growing financial services firm is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join its Life & Pensions team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, client-focused professional to take ownership of both an existing client portfolio and new business development. The role offers strong earning potential, administrative support, and the autonomy to build a substantial book of business over time.You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored financial planning solutions across protection, retirement, and investment needs.The Role

Provide expert advice across pensions, retirement planning, life cover, serious illness, income protection, and investments
Manage and develop relationships with an existing client base
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
Conduct financial reviews and design bespoke financial solutions
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Achieve agreed sales and performance targets
Maintain accurate client records and activity through CRM systems
Ensure all advice and documentation meet regulatory and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a high-quality client experience

About You

QFA qualified (essential)
3+ years' experience in Life & Pensions or financial advisory roles
Strong technical knowledge of protection, pension, and investment products
Proven ability to generate new business and meet targets
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Professional, self-motivated, and commercially driven
