A rapidly expanding FMCG manufacturer is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead its end-to-end supply chain operation at a key Midlands site.This is a pivotal leadership role within a growing manufacturing environment, responsible for driving performance across planning, purchasing, inventory control, customer service and operational co-ordination. The successful candidate will lead and develop a dedicated team, ensuring production is aligned to demand while maintaining service, cost and compliance standards.The RoleYou will take full ownership of the supply chain function, ensuring efficient production planning and material availability to meet customer requirements and forecast demand.
