- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle Forms and Oracle APEX
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with business analysts, internal teams, and Oracle support
- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices for PL/SQL and SQL development
- Develop and maintain technical and user documentation, process guides, and design specifications
- Monitor and enhance application performance, including tuning and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Support system migrations and upgrades
- Provide status updates and reporting on development initiatives to team members and management
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with industry trends and Oracle technologies
- Work effectively across teams and communicate clearly using appropriate collaboration tools
- Perform other duties as needed to support project success
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database technologies
- Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and SQL
- Experience with stored procedures, functions, and packages
- Familiarity with scripting tools and TOAD
- Solid understanding of Oracle's technology direction and architecture
- Expertise in writing and interpreting technical requirement documents
- Experience with custom theming, interactive reporting, and dynamic actions in APEX
- Practical knowledge of jQuery, jQuery UI, and jQuery Mobile within the APEX environment
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
