Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Operative (Night Shift)Location: Nationwide (travel required to assigned sites)Hours: Night shift 7.30 pm to 6.00 am Monday to Thursday (4 x 10 hours shifts), 40 hours per week; flexibility will be required on occasion.Rate of Pay: €15.73 per hour + 15% night shift premium (€2.36/hour), totalling €18.09/hour. 40 hours, up to 46 hours flat rate; over 46 hours overtime at 1.25 rate.Job SummaryWe are seeking motivated and reliable Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join our Industrial Division. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of industrial cleaning tasks at client sites nationwide. This role is night-shift based, requiring flexibility and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities

Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as directed by Industrial Supervisors.
Work collaboratively within a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene on client sites.
Follow company health & safety procedures, including correct use of PPE.
Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Comply with all customer site requirements and policies.
Travel to various client sites nationwide as required.
Participate in company-provided industry-specific training.

Requirements

Good command of the English language.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Well-presented with excellent personal hygiene.
Willingness to travel nationwide for assigned work.
Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Previous experience in industrial cleaning (advantage but not essential).
Familiarity with industrial equipment and cleaning processes.
Strong awareness of health & safety practices.
Commitment to professional development and training.
