WE ARE HIRING FOR FULL & PART TIME BAR STAFF THE GLASSHOUSE!Here at the award-winning 4-star Glasshouse hotel, we’re currently hiring for experienced Full & Part-Time enthusiastic, personable team members to join our Bar team. Working hours will be both weekdays & weekends. Min 1 year bar experience essential.Full Time bar staff will be working shifts starting at 3pm/5pm, min of 35 hours p.w across 7 days, Mon-Sun - this role is not suit candidates returning to college in Sept.Part-time bar staff, will be working similar shifts, min 12- 25 hours p.w Mon - Sun. This may suit students that can work evenings and mid week.The role involves working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We require our team members to be customer focused & ensure every guest receives a great service by going that extra step.Duties Include:· Working as part of a team across all our bars· Greeting of customers in a welcoming manner· Taking orders promptly & efficiently, ensuring no delays on drink service· Anticipating the needs of customers & handling requests· Ensuring stock rotation & fully stocked shelves at all times· Following safety procedures· Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene are maintained & that the food & beverage outlets & service areas are always clean & tidyThe Ideal Candidates:· Experience in a similar role within a restaurant / bar environment is desired.· Ability to multitask.· Flexible in their working hours.· Fluent spoken & written English.· Friendly with a good personality.· Knowledge of POS systemsBenefits· Free car parking· Staff meals are provided· Access to Employee Assistant Service**All applicants must have a valid work permit**The Glasshouse Hotel is an equal opportunities Employer
