The SEI Group’s operations in Ireland are carried out through three entities based in Dublin that conduct the Group’s business of managing proprietary UCITS and AIF funds, as well as providing administration and depositary services to funds established by third party investment managers.Position Description:This individual will be required to work closely with Operations and Management teams to provide project level oversight for a significant AML technology project for EMEA. You will be responsible for managing both internal stakeholders and internal project. The focus will be on ensuring AML compliance is embedded in project planning and execution, resource collaboration and integrating AML requirements into operational and technical project components, all while ensuring a continuous focus on delivering the project on time and within budget. Reporting into the Senior Manager, AML Operations. Candidates should have a high level of understanding of Fund Administration and or other relevant financial disciplines.What you’ll do:Work with management to ensure scope of project is well defined, ensure milestones and project resources are well tracked and projects are delivered on timeWork with internal stakeholders to progress the project, identify where resource requirements exist and take ownership of task completion to move projects forwardFully support the operational teams and assist in strategic business decision makingWork with operational teams in assessing current processes and mapping out potential improvements where requiredIf change is necessary, work with operations to implement that changeKnowledge of fund administration, depository services and/or ‘administration’ products (i.e., fund administration, depositary services and relevant technology)Co-ordinate with project and internal stakeholder to proactively and effectively move agendas forwardAssist in the development and implementation of departmental proceduresMinute and support governance meetings, in line with internal guidelinesEnsure HR policies are applied and maintainedCarry out all duties assigned to your role under the Company’s Safety Statement, to ensure Health, Safety and Well-being for all employees for whom you have responsibilityWhat you bring to the Table:A third level qualification in Finance or related field is preferredA professional qualification in project management or business analysis an advantageAt least 7 years’ experience in a Fund Administration, business analysis/project management experience is a plusExperience in managing AML-related projects or initiatives preferredKnowledge of AML and/or Financial Crime and various fund domiciles regulatory requirements an advantageFluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essentialStrong technical backgroundAttributes we value:… And are essential to the role;Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and achieve resultsStrong oral, written communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational and administrative skillsIndividual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilitiesAbility to analyse issues quickly and independently and take appropriate action under tight time constraintsAbility to deal with ambiguity and uncertaintyPositive ‘can do’ attitude with excellent problem-solving skillsDetail-orientedTeam playerFlexible / AdaptableSEI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and so much more…We recognize that our people are our most valuable asset and are (literally) invested in your success; we know that a healthy, happy and motivated workforce is key to our continued growth.
