We strive to create a work environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to express their ideas, and where collaboration and teamwork are the norm.The Junior Revenue Forecasting Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Reporting Manager & Sales Team to maintain up to date data on Revenue & associated Costs so business can provide financial forecasts and revise revenue targets in response to actual and anticipated market demand/events.The role will require interacting cross functionally with internal departments to coordinate and oversee the forecast process for assigned sites, be responsible for driving continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and forecasting processes to positively impact sales and margin.Key responsibilities and duties
  • Assist setting up models/scenarios of sites in Solver Reporting system based on planning application, include initial setup of site, units & update for any changes agreed to model & Exit strategy
  • Assist Sales Reporting Manager during Quarterly Forecasts & Annual Strat plan, input Revenue, run comparison to previous submission for all sites being modelled for quarter.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly Sales Reports for distribution to senior management.
  • Approve Architect Schedules of Accommodation in Aconex system, liaise with presales for sign off on draft dot maps for future sites.
  • Liaise with Pre Sales Senior-Manager & relevant quantity surveyor to assist with preparing Part V sign off forms for approval by Operations Manager.
  • Help to Buy – Approve claims in ROS, address any queries, update solicitor and relevant closer & ensure Dynamics is updated when claims are approved.
  • Attend team meetings
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Finance/Business.
  • Strong organisational & time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • Ability to present findings in a clear manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
