- Complete comprehensive gaps analysis and risk assessments of third-party supplier risk and compliance data, contracts against regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain processes, methodologies, and tools in adherence to EU and UK financial services regulations and best practice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to procurement, legal, compliance, and IT, to assess and collate information regarding third-party suppliers.
- Design and develop Excel and Access-based database, dashboards, to streamline data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes within the procurement function.
- Support the procurement team in the enhancement of supplier selection, due diligence, and onboarding processes by providing risk analysis and insight.
- Provide training and guidance to third-party risk management stakeholders in relation to policies, procedures, and best practice.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks related to third-party risk management, and recommend measures to mitigate potential impacts.
- Knowledge of EU & UK Outsourcing and third party risk management regulation (e.g., DORA, EBA, CBI, PRA).
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Access development, including data manipulation, formula creation, pivot tables, macros, and database management.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts and findings to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of procurement and risk management.
- Financial Services sector experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CIPS, CPP, CRM) is a plus.
