- Drive business across multiple retailers and independent stores to achieve our Sales Targets
- Look after 3 existing Wholesale customers
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product assortment and understanding of our customer needs.
- Establish excellent customer relationships ,growing our product assortment with existing customers, as well as getting listings with new independent stores in the Dublin area.
- Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities with our customers to help ensure the best possible space allocation and visibility for our brands, in-store and on shelf.
- Ensure that our trade incentives and activities are put to the best use.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Identify new business opportunities by understanding retail categories and shopper behaviour in-store.
- Organise and work at our Irish trade and consumer events.
- Ability to proactively build and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated.
- Flexible, agile and adaptable to change. A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Ability to develop a successful bespoke promo plan with key health store retail groups.
- Previous experience in New business development would be an advantage.
- Successful candidate must have good IT skills
- Bonus potential of up to 15% of salary
