ServiceNow Project Manager / SCRUM Master Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)This is a key role supporting enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives, focused on driving Agile delivery and coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance IT service management and automation.Key Responsibilities:Act as SCRUM Master for the ServiceNow team, running Agile ceremonies and ensuring best practicesManage the planning and delivery of ServiceNow projects across modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, and BCMWork with platform owners, developers, and stakeholders to define scope and timelinesTrack progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar toolsSupport M&A onboarding projects and manage external vendor coordinationEnsure compliance with governance and change management standardsCandidate Profile:5+ years in IT project management, with at least 3 in an Agile/SCRUM Master roleExperience delivering ServiceNow projects or working closely with ServiceNow teamsCertified SCRUM Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalentFamiliarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and enterprise IT environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in a hybrid working model and ideally in a professional services or managed services setting Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
