FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to join a leading hospital in Waterford. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a pivotal leadership role in managing theatre operations, coordinating staff and resources, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise theatre staff, ensuring optimal patient care
  • Plan, coordinate, and review theatre services and workflows
  • Promote evidence-based practice and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff development
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Registered with NMBI (General Division)
  • Minimum 5 years theatre experience in an acute hospital setting
  • At least 2 years in a management or leadership role in theatre desirable
  • Peri-Operative Care course desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
Salary & Benefits:
  • €61,249 – €75,143 per annum (37 hours/week)
