Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts based on technical drawings.
Interpret CNC programs and adjust settings as needed to meet specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools.
Maintain accurate production documentation, including job logs and maintenance records.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar position in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation, including G-code and M-code.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Familiarity with various CNC machining processes and tooling.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
