- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts based on technical drawings.
- Interpret CNC programs and adjust settings as needed to meet specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
- Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including job logs and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar position in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation, including G-code and M-code.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with various CNC machining processes and tooling.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
