Colin Burke Electrical Ltd. has been involved in the electrical trade for over 20 years, where we have been specialising predominantly in commercial and industrial projects. Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit a Fire Alarm Installation Technician to join our growing team. This position will be nationwide.Responsibilities of the role will include:· Installation, configuration and commissioning Installation, service and maintenance and commissioning of fire alarm systems.· Ensure that all alarm installations are undertaken in a professional and timely manner.· To carry out Preventative Maintenance & Reactive service calls to meet clients service level agreements.· Keep up to date with all required paperwork in line with PSA and ISO requirements.· Ensure that all alarm installations are undertaken in a professional and timely manner.· Provide excellent customer service to exceed client expectations and work to establish and maintain effective relationships.· Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.· Will be required to be part of an on-call rota.Education & Skills Required:· Knowledge of fire alarm systems, specific knowledge of Morley, Apollo, Advanced, both conventional and addressable is desirable.· Must have substantial knowledge of IS3218 and IS3217 standards.· To be highly motivated and work on your own, with excellent attention to detail.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Customer Focused.· Full clean driving license.
