- Assist with managing a portfolio of clients.
- Advise companies when their AGM's are due and prepare all necessary documentation.
- Host general meetings for clients.
- Assist with incorporation of companies.
- Attendance of board meetings and drafting of board minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers and minute books.
- Prepare and file all statutory forms with the CRO.
- Support with the firm's LEXCEL System.
- Ad-hoc requests from time to time may be asked by other staff members.
- 1+ years+ in a Company Secretarial position
- Knowledge of Companies Act 2014
- Strong IT Skills-knowledge of CORE, RBO or other co.sec software would be a bonus.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience taking minutes a PLUS but not a MUST.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative when necessary
- Flexible approach to work and people
- Strong oral and written communication skills
