Grow here.At AECOM, we are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager:Data Centers to join our Dublin office.The OpportunityAs a Senior Project Manager specialising in data centres, you will lead the successful delivery of mission-critical projects.You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — from early-stage concept and design development through procurement, construction, and commissioning — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of data centre and colocation projects, from initial concept and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning
  • Directing multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex, mission-critical projects in line with programme, cost, and quality targets
  • Serving as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment with technical, operational, and commercial objectives
  • Assuming full accountability for project outcomes, including risk management, change control, and governance across all phases
  • Managing contractor performance and site operations, including oversight of construction activities and commissioning within both live and new-build environments
  • Controlling project budgets, schedules, and reporting processes, maintaining strong financial discipline and programme certainty throughout
QualificationsReady to push the limits of what’s possible?Here’s what we’re looking for:As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our primary markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.
  • Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
  • In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
  • APM affiliation is a benefit
