- Location of Work: Midland Counties (Offaly, Kildare, Laois, Westmeath)
- Salary Scale: €50,000 to €60,000 depending on experience

- Lead the development of the OT service and key standards of practice in Lotus Care.
- Maintain and track KPIs to include waiting list, caseloads, MDT input etc.
- Develop and maintain professional standards based on evidence-based practice.
- Create and maintain an ethics-based OT service delivery.
- Generate a quality driven service supporting service owner health and wellbeing.
- Maximize service owners’ active involvement in the development of their care pathway.
- Review OT caseload management to ensure safe and efficient service outcomes.
- Stay updated on new developments, skills and technology.
- Develop, audit and review policies and procedures in light of changing service needs.
- Coordinate training and education of those staff involved in OT service delivery.
- Maintain, review and report on an OT risk register.
- Maintain good working relationships with external statutory and professional bodies.
- Promote innovation in future service delivery across OT services.
- Ensure OT compliance with internal policy and external needs that impact Lotus Care.
- 3rd level qualification and be registered with CORU as an Occupational Therapist.
- Have a minimum two year full time post qualification clinical experience.
- Holds a full clean driving license and access to a car.
- Previous health service experience, ideally in the ID sector.
- Evidence of participation in continued professional development.
- Have a working knowledge of HIQA Standards as they apply to ID services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of service evaluation and planning.
- Can deliver results through effective collaboration in a complex environment.
- Garda Vetting/Police Clearance.
