  • Coordinate logistics operations, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and transportation providers.
  • Establish and enforce effective logistics principles and policies to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
  • Solve logistics challenges, ensuring quality and service while staying within budget constraints.
  • Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.
  • Understand and address client requirements related to transport and logistics.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for logistics processes in line with business needs.
  • Support continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts for international transport and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Implement new processes and controls for managing key accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer service level agreements.
  • Collaborate across functions to adapt working models and provide operational support.
  • Partner with supply chain stakeholders to ensure compliant transportation of client products.
  • Plan and enhance internal distribution systems or processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the logistics process.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Report on target achievements and take necessary actions.
  • Ensure all supervised functions follow health, safety, and environmental policies for staff and visitor well-being.
  • Perform other required duties.
What skill/experience you need
  • Need at least 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
  • Should be able to handle multiple accounts and partners.
  • Good understanding of MS Office tools.
  • Strong at solving problems.
  • Motivated to make a positive impact in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Can prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and can work well under pressure.
  • Expert knowledge of technical regulations in logistics, like import/export and customs regulations, including aviation security.
