- Proven experience in Vehicle sales, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role.
- A hands-on manager with a strong track record in both team leadership and personal sales performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
- Full, clean driver’s licence required.
