  • Second Close Sales of new and used vehicles to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Oversee stock levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in Vehicle sales, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role.
  • A hands-on manager with a strong track record in both team leadership and personal sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Full, clean driver’s licence required.
