We’re looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about people, and knows how to drive commercial success.The RoleAs General Manager, you will take full ownership of the studio, leading from the front to deliver outstanding performance, an exceptional member experience, and a strong, engaged team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across all departmentsRecruit, onboard, and coach team members to deliver best-in-class hospitalityDrive engagement, performance, and ongoing development across the teamOperations & Commercial PerformanceOwn and drive all studio KPIs and financial performanceManage labour scheduling and budgets effectivelyOversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery across front desk, retail, and facilitiesMaintain exceptional standards across the studio environmentCustomer Experience & CommunityDeliver an industry-leading client experience at every touchpointWork closely with marketing teams to drive member acquisition and retentionBuild strong connections within the local fitness communityAct as a brand ambassador for Barry’s BootcampThe Ideal Candidate3–5 years’ management experience within fitness, hospitality, retail, or a related sectorProven ability to deliver results and exceed KPIsA natural leader with a passion for developing peopleStrong commercial awareness and operational expertiseExcellent communication and organisational skillsHigh energy, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentThe PersonYou’re a confident, people-first leader who brings energy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
