- Primary objective of the role is to secure customer acquisitions in the B2B/SME Sector on behalf of our client Vodafone in a competitive marketplace across a defined territory
- Align with key campaign commercials as identified in a specific Sales Waterfall model for a listed KPIs including number of calls, DM engagement and presentations made
- Be able to proactively manage a responsibility to drive the business in your defined territory, primarily through self-generated leads, managing a pipeline and engaging with a CRM system to give appropriate structure.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities. Being the Eyes and ears for our client. Adding value for our client is a key objective of our business
- Deputise for the Inside Sales Manager on the account during periods of leave. Embrace the opportunity for development
- Motivating and coaching team members to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Adopt best practice to be an effective Coach and enable other peoples success in so doing.
- Conducting performance reviews and taking corrective action where necessary.
- Assisting a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
- Tracking and reporting on progress toward agreed team goals.
- Ensuring that team members are compliant with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Energetic focus on continuous improvement. Being open to challenge and relentless in the pursuit of a better way
- At least 12 month's experience in a Direct Sales Team with a proven track record in overachieving on sales targets
- Ability to demonstrate core skills required to coach and performance manage team members
- Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Passion for ownership of a process or workstream to deliver success through autonomy
- Ability to perform in a team environment and on own initiative
- Previous experience in sales order management, processing and/or reporting
- Problem solving skills
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Commitment to process and account improvements through constructive critical appraisal of role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with people from all levels within an organisation
- Ability to verbally express oneself clearly, face to face and by phone

- Achieving sales targets in line with key commercials on the account
- Delivery of client and CPM KPIs/KBIs as assigned
- Identify and implement minimum one new way of working per quarter which provides efficiencies and adds value for CPM and Clients
- Support the sales Team(s) to deliver their sales targets through exceptional order processing, journey flow and connection management
- Be able to demonstrate how you have supported/enables Team Success
