Sales & Marketing Assistant

• Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and assist in preparing quotes and proposals.
• Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, technical, marketing) to support order fulfilment.
• Assist with client follow-ups and post-sale service checks.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Draft and edit marketing materials such as blog posts, emails, newsletters, social media content, and promotional collateral.
• Help schedule and post content on social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X) and engage with the online community.
• Assist in updating website content, uploading blog posts, and maintaining landing pages using CMS tools like WordPress or Shopify.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales in the construction industry preferred (but not essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Third level qualification would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided.
• Experience in marketing would be desirable but not essential
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and content creation
• Creative mindset with an interest in branding and customer engagement
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed

• Experience with social media management or scheduling tool
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or content marketing
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills a plus
