- Support the Head of Risk in embedding an effective enterprise risk management function across GVSPE through practical, professional risk guidance.
- Identify and communicate emerging internal and external risk factors, including regulatory and market developments within the e‑money sector.
- Maintain the enterprise risk register, perform risk assessments, and analyse key operational and business processes to identify and assess risk exposures.
- Provide input on the design and effectiveness of risk controls and contribute to risk management policies, procedures, and guidance documentation.
- Prepare risk management reports and management information to support oversight and decision‑making.
- Support the ongoing development and use of risk management systems and tools, including liaison with relevant stakeholders and system administration duties as required.
- Ability to analyse operational and business processes to identify risk weaknesses and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Degree (or equivalent professional experience) in financial services, business, or a related discipline.
- Relevant qualification in risk management, or actively working towards one.
- Practical experience supporting enterprise risk management activities and applying risk management frameworks within an organisation.
- Experience working with risk management software, including supporting users and contributing to system effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, written, and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality work to agreed deadlines and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
