Aureol Global Connections is looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor Estimator specializing in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems to join our team.   • Generate comprehensive cost estimates for M&E projects based on detailed specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining project quality.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor project costs and ensure adherence to established budgets.
  • Analyze subcontractor quotes and evaluate proposals to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance on contract negotiations and assist with procurement strategies for M&E works.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and validate cost assumptions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations affecting M&E construction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Estimator, specifically with M&E projects.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation practices, and relevant standards.
  • Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in cost estimation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional membership (e.g., RICS) is an advantage but not required.
