The team and the opportunityWe are looking for Oracle Fusion Consultants with a strong background in either ERP, EPM, or HCM to support our managed service engagements and implementation projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, a proven track record in relevant projects, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Your key responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion applications across either ERP, EPM, or HCM modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and/or provide ongoing support and maintenance for managed service engagements, ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to facilitate successful implementation and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest Oracle Fusion features and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Third level qualification in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or relevant experience related to the position.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion applications in either ERP, EPM, or HCM.
  • Previous consulting experience for internal or external clients
  • Proven experience in managed service engagements or implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to either ERP, EPM, or HCM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are highly desirable.
