If you share our passion for pushing boundaries and delivering extraordinary experiences, we would love to welcome you to our award-winning team.As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Kitchen Stewards to join our team on a full time basis.We currently have night, afternoon and daytime positions.As a Kitchen Steward, you'll play a key role in supporting a bustling, 24-hour operation-meaning our team is crucial to the business. You will maintain the hygiene and operational cleanliness levels within all kitchen outlets, storage areas, waste control, employee dining rooms and back of house areas pertaining to food production/service in the Manor, Banqueting and other outlets.Reporting to the Back of House Manager, you'll work closely with leaders and team members across the estate to deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and support behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities

Maintain hygiene and operational cleanliness across all kitchen outlets and back of house food production/service areas
Support cleanliness and organisation within storage areas, waste control areas, and employee dining rooms
Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and ready to support a high-volume, 24-hour operation
Work collaboratively with culinary and stewarding teams to uphold high standards across the estate
Follow training and procedures to ensure safe and hygienic handling of equipment and cleaning materials

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining high standards-especially in a busy, fast-paced environment.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn (no previous experience necessary-full training will be provided)
Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean, safe, and well organised
Flexibility to support a 24-hour operation (including night work, where required)
Full-time availability (desirable)
Your own transport (desirable)
