- Build cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between teams for optimized strategy execution.
- Foster talent growth and succession planning in sales and marketing.
- Align local brand strategies with global and area objectives.
- Advance the Customer Experience model, with the opportunity to innovate and transform the way we interact with our customers.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to enhance customer interactions and experience, driving meaningful collaboration and customer-centric solutions within our organization.
- Demonstrate AbbVie's culture and enable effective Brand Team execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with successful marketing and sales leadership experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Ability to develop business vision and translate it into practical strategies.
- Proven success in leading, managing, and coaching teams; experienced in talent development and performance management.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and its dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing and sales principles.
- Effective operation and leadership within a matrix structure.
