This company focus on four key Irish industry sectors which they believe benefit most for modular construction methods - Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical & Commercial. They provide solutions to suit large scale temporary, hybrid and permanent projects lasting over 60 years.Requirements

Trade background or Construction related degree
5+ years management experience with a medium to large scale developer or contractor
Knowledge of latest Building regulations and Standards
Ability to read drawings and plans
Evaluate and identify upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues.
Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
