Posting Type LIAbout The RoleAs an MDM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering on our digital roadmap, acting as a functional resource across multiple platforms and products concurrently, predominantly in SAP MDG and utilizing agile methodologies.In this role, collaboration is key, and you will closely partner with platform teams spanning Commercial, Integrated Operations, and Business Functions, as well as pivotal business units such as the Chief Commercial Office, Marketing, RD&A and Sales.This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills to deliver value to the organization. You will be primarily focused on delivering and scaling our digital lighthouse products but will also work to deliver projects which support and enable our digital roadmap.This role will work as part of the MDG workstream in Digital services (Formerly ICT) which covers the specific areas of Master Data objects - Customers, Vendors, Materials and Products. The core systems the role will be expected to work with are SAP MDG and ECC, as well as a strong knowledge of the integrations with Optiva, Salesforce.com etc. As a result, this role will get both ICT and Business exposure of all ongoing MDM projects.Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.What will I be doing?
  • Contribute to the development, configuration, and customization of the commercial enterprise platforms, primarily SAP MDG to meet business requirements.
  • Support strategic data projects, enabling the organisation's digital ambitions.
  • Help to design, build, test, and deploy the Kerryconnect MDG SAP solution for by working closely with other team members, key business Stakeholders and consulting partners.
  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows).
  • Ensure that our platforms and products are secure and support integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate closely with technical architects to ensure our products are best in class and scalable.
  • Aligning to our agile delivery approach, contributing to requirements gathering, user story refinement/grooming, sprint planning, build (where non code based), testing and sprint reviews.
  • Ensure all deliverables are in line with our security policies and aligned with our service delivery procedures.

  • Supporting technical, functional, and communication activities to scale digital tools to a global audience.
  • Working closely with our user experience design team to ensure our products and platforms are end user focused.
  • Ensuring our work is focused on value-add deliverables for our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with technical developers, business superusers, agile delivery leads, and Product Owners to solution priority features.
  • Supporting technical, functional, and communication activities to scale digital tools to a global audience.

  • Degree in an ICT, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems related discipline
  • Strong experience in a similar role and environment
  • Prior experience of working with business stakeholders for MDM.
  • Experience in the preparation of functional design documents and test scripts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Be enthusiastic about learning new agile tools and skillsets such as scrum, dev ops, mural.
