- Placing Purchase Orders with successful suppliers following negotiations.
- Discussing terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Carrying out price comparisons.
- Managing and reporting on actual costs versus budget costs
- Liaising with Site Management Team
- Continual Sourcing of new suppliers
- Reviewing Tender BOQ's and price with relevant suppliers
- Building material knowledge is essential.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines to ensure the timely ordering of goods and services.
- Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, experience using SAP would be an advantage)
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
