SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Officer on behalf of an established Main Contractor to be based in Kildare. This is a permanent position within the company.About the company:Our Client have an impressive portfolio of completed and ongoing work on landmark projects throughout Ireland.About the role:

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;
  • Participate in site and EHS meetings.
  • Provide parties on-site with pertinent instruction and information.
  • Effective incident reporting.
  • Make sure all paperwork is current and pertinent.
  • Provide accurate EHS instructions.
  • Conduct site inspections and internal audits.
  • Report to the management group and the EHS Manager.
  • Monitor company's site safety records.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
  • Hold a relevant Qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of Health & Safety experience.
  • Good communication skills.
