This is your chance to work with a team that values expertise, service, and integrity while providing innovative financial solutions to the world's most successful individuals and institutions.What You'll Do:As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient oversight of bank accounts and reconciliation entries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the reconciliation of assigned accounts accurately and within deadlines.
- Addressing queries in accordance with department procedures.
- Participating in team meetings and huddles to foster collaboration.
- Monitoring mailboxes to ensure timely responses to client queries.
- Collaborating with TA partners to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Supporting procedural improvements to enhance quality.
- Maintaining a close working relationship with various stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to all organisational policies and regulatory standards.
- A strong working knowledge of Cash Management and Reconciliations.
- Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an understanding of the regulatory environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build respectful relationships and tackle problems effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong listening and writing abilities.
- Self-Management: Demonstrate integrity and adaptability in your work.
