Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.About the RoleWe have an opportunity for a CSA Supervisor on a major data centre project in Dublin.The successful candidate will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.Requirements
- Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
- Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.
- Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.
- Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
- Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
- Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.
- Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
- Support the close-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
- Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.
- Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability.
- Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel
- Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
- At least 7 years relevant experience
- Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects
