• Collaborate with project teams to implement and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate the coordination of BIM models from various disciplines, ensuring integration and compatibility.
• Conduct regular clash detection analyses and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve clashes and conflicts efficiently.
• Generate and maintain accurate 3D models, drawings, and documentation using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and methodologies, promoting efficient workflows.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans, protocols, and standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM models.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in BIM practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes, standards, and best practices within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, preferably with a Tier 1 main contractor.
• Proficient in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and industry standards.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary BIM projects and conducting clash detection analyses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in BIM modeling and documentation.
• Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to staying updated on advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
