We are looking for a Bars Store / Bar Back person to join our Beverage team on a part time basis to cover weekends and holiday periods.The main duties of this role will involve:
  • Clearing Skips & emptying of bottle bins / bottle crushers
  • Rotation of all stock within Bar stores areas including kegs.
  • Receive any deliveries while on shift ensuring accurate recording of stock coming into hotel
  • Ensure all Beverage outlets in the hotel are sufficiently stocked for the business e.g. function bars, restaurant bars and main bar.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained the highest standards within the Beverage areas.
The shifts in these roles would cover would be both day time and evening / late evening hours in line with a busy Bar environment.Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate must be over the age of 18.What are we looking for?
  • Excellent presentation,
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a stock control role would be a distinct advantage.
