Health & Safety Manager

• Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of Health & Safety and Food Safety policies across all service lines.
• Provide operational teams with expert guidance on Occupational Health & Safety, including control measures and root cause analysis.
• Support and embed safety culture change initiatives through training, engagement, and strategic planning.
• Oversee performance management systems, risk registers, and business continuity plans across the account.
• Ensure documentation, procedures, and local operating policies are site-specific and fully compliant.
• Collaborate with client teams to maintain compliance, meet KPIs, and reduce incident rates across the district.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance updates to senior stakeholders.

• Diploma-level qualification (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Chartered or Graduate Membership of IOSH.
• Significant experience in a health & safety leadership role, ideally within a Hard FM or M&E environment.
• Strong working knowledge of current Irish Health & Safety legislation and food safety systems including HACCP.
• Demonstrated success in rolling out safety systems and behavioural change programmes.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and drive continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.
