PermanentDublin South, Dublin€40000 - €45000 per annum Pension, Health Insurance, BonusMy Client a leading wholesale provider of insurance solutions to the broker market in Ireland.They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Broker to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance market and regulatory environment in Ireland. They will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with brokers, negotiating beneficial business outcomes, and providing excellent service to the clients.Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and rate renewal books using both Underwriting and Broker Systems.
Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and product managers on scheme-related issues, fostering strong relationships.
Negotiate with brokers and product managers to achieve favorable terms.
Respond to queries and communications from sub-brokers promptly and professionally.
Ensure all messages are accurately recorded and communicated in a timely manner.
Take on project assignments as directed by the Team Leader or Operations Manager.

Requirements:

CIP qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel.
Proactive, flexible, and willing to assist colleagues.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
Work well to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
