As Executive Chef, you’ll lead a skilled culinary team, bringing creative vision, operational excellence, and a genuine love for quality food. From à la carte service to weddings and private functions, you’ll deliver unforgettable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.Your Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead the kitchen team across daily service and events
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Develop seasonal, innovative menus that reflect customer preferences and trends
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations
- Train and mentor junior chefs to uphold a high-performing kitchen culture
- Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets
- Collaborate closely with the management team to enhance overall guest experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
- Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills
- Track record in delivering both plated and large-scale event catering
- Expertise in food cost control, procurement, and supplier management
- Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
- Pastry or carvery experience is a plus
- A calm, organised, and solutions-focused approach
