- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across bonded warehousing and logistics services.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on the alcohol and beverage sector.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Lead the development of sales processes, collateral, and reporting structures.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in sales, commercial, or business development roles within logistics.
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on business development activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the alcohol industry or with bonded warehousing (strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of Irish and EU regulations around bonded goods and alcohol logistics is an advantage.
