  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial solar and battery storage projects from permitting through closeout
  • Support project execution across:
  • Contracts
  • Scheduling
  • Procurement
  • Construction coordination
  • Handoff and closeout
  • Oversee project financials including:
  • Monthly billing
  • Cost tracking
  • Budget forecasting
  • Weekly financial reviews
  • Job cost / coding accuracy
  • Coordinate subcontractors and support procurement / buyout efforts
  • Lead or support construction meetings and stakeholder communication
  • Manage:
  • RFIs
  • Change orders
  • Client communication
  • OAC coordination
  • Assist with preconstruction support including:
  • RFP / RFQ responses
  • Scope distribution
  • Estimating coordination
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation across internal systems and communication platforms
Requirements
  • 2+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction
  • Background in one or more of the following is preferred:
  • Solar
  • Battery storage
  • MEP
  • Technical / infrastructure construction
  • Strong understanding of the full project delivery cycle, including:
  • Permits
  • Inspections
  • Scheduling
  • Procurement
  • Billing
  • Closeout
  • Comfortable managing project budgets, tracking costs, and identifying financial variances
  • Working knowledge of MEP trades and building permit processes
  • Proficiency with:
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Office
  • Smartsheet
  • Experience with Jonas Premier is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • Must be local to and able to work onsite in the Monterey Bay Area

  • Base salary: $80,500 – $95,000, depending on experience
