- Assist recruitment consultant with candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and database management.
- Support the organisation and delivery of training programmes, including scheduling, logistics, and communication networking.
- Contribute to client account management by preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records for compliance and performance monitoring.
- Provide day-to-day office support, including handling queries (phone, email, in-person), managing correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Provide general business support across finance, operations, and marketing as required.
