Define and execute the regional business development strategy to drive growth across key European markets, with a particular focus on hyperscale data centre clients and technology infrastructure partners.
Client Relationship Leadership
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, consultants, and partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their technical, commercial, and operational needs to position the company for repeat business.
Opportunity Identification & Pipeline Management
Lead market intelligence efforts to identify new project opportunities, framework agreements, and long-term partnerships, maintaining a robust and accurately reported business pipeline.
Work-Winning & Bid Strategy
Collaborate with pre-construction, estimating, and delivery teams to shape winning strategies for major tenders, influencing bid positioning, commercial approach, and client engagement plans.
Brand Positioning & Market Presence
Enhance the company's visibility in the European data centre market through client engagement, industry events, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
Leadership & Collaboration
Provide direction and mentorship to regional business development and pre-construction teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and long-term client focus across all pursuits.RequirementsMust have 10+ years' experience in a similar role on large scale construction sites (Preferably Data Centres or Pharmaceuticals)
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin
