We are seeking a motivated Graduate AI Analyst to join our Technology team. This role is suitable for a recent graduate who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies and wants to help organization's transform the way they work.The successful candidate will support the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions, automation workflows, and intelligent data insights across the business. You will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and innovation leads to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver better services.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern AI platforms such as Microsoft Co-pilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, and generative AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:AI Solution Development
  • Assist in designing and building AI-powered applications and automation solutions
  • Develop chatbots, and intelligent agents to support internal business processes
  • Work with Azure AI services, Open AI, and Microsoft Co-pilot technologies
Automation & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using Power Automate and AI tools
  • Build low-code solutions using Power Platform
  • Improve business workflows using AI-driven decision support
Data & AI Insights
  • Support the development of data models and AI insights
  • Analyse business data to identify patterns and opportunities for AI adoption
  • Assist with building dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
AI Research & Innovation
  • Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate how they can benefit the organisation
  • Assist with AI proof-of-concepts and innovation projects
  • Monitor trends in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation
Collaboration
  • Work closely with technology teams, business users, and project managers
  • Assist with gathering requirements and translating them into AI-driven solutions
  • Provide support and training to internal teams adopting new AI tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Or a related technology discipline
  • Technical Skills: Python or similar programming languages, Machine Learning concepts, Generative AI tools (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Co-pilot, Claude), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL), APIs and integrations, Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-changing technology environment
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience with AI projects or university research
  • Exposure to machine learning frameworks
  • Knowledge of automation platforms
  • Internship experience in technology or consulting
  • Understanding of data governance and responsible AI
