- Lead, motivate, and support a team of therapists to ensure the highest standards of treatment and service delivery
- Carry out advanced skin and beauty treatments to an excellent standard
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staff rotas, stock control, and treatment schedules
- Deliver in-depth consultations and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, compliance, and client safety in line with clinic protocols
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Contribute to the overall business growth through client retention, retail sales, and team performance
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in a clinic/spa environment
- Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within the beauty/aesthetics industry
- Strong knowledge of skincare and advanced skin treatments (e.g. peels, microneedling, laser – desirable)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
