We are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector to recruit a senior finance leader to take on a newly created position as Group Head of Claims & Billing (Permanent, Dublin-based).This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead a large team and drive transformation across a complex, high-value billing and claims function. The role will play a critical part in optimising revenue, reducing inefficiencies, and shaping the future of billing operations within a market-leading organisation.The Role
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction across billing, patient accounts, claims, and contracts functions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end claims and billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and digital enablement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce claim denials.
  • Develop and manage key relationships with stakeholders including insurers, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor a large, multi-functional team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting wider financial and commercial objectives.
The Ideal Profile
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior claims, billing, or revenue cycle leadership role within a complex organisation.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements, system optimisation, and operational transformation.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and advanced Excel capability.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
  • Commercially minded, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
