- Own end-to-end delivery of technical onboarding programmes, covering software development, systems integration, testing, and readiness activities.
- Define and manage project scope, applying structured change control processes to ensure alignment across teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and risk & opportunity frameworks.
- Build and manage Jira and Confluence project artifacts to drive visibility, collaboration, and delivery accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams including software, architecture, integration, test/QA, and operational groups.
- Work closely with internal product and delivery stakeholders to document requirements and ensure clear understanding of deliverables.
- Track and report on milestones, risks, issues, and decisions through structured weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
- Ensure all technical and operational activities are completed in time for programme readiness and service launch.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience managing technical projects across software, systems, or connectivity environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex delivery involving multiple global engineering teams.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and RAID governance skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including customer-facing interaction.
- Ability to attend occasional onsite sessions in designated project locations when required.
- Experience in connectivity, networking, telecommunications, systems integration, or large-scale technical onboarding.
- Exposure to software delivery lifecycles across Agile, hybrid, or scaled-Agile environments.
- Background in service readiness, go-live management, or customer onboarding programmes.
