- Lead the creation of clear, compelling, and technically accurate written responses for PQQs, EOIs, RFPs, and full tender submissions.
- Collaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to develop win themes and delivery strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Work closely with the Bid Manager and Business Development team to craft narratives that align with client expectations, bid strategy, and value propositions.
- Ensure all responses position the company as a market leader in data centre design and construction.
- Develop and maintain a library of standard responses, case studies, CVs, and methodologies.
- Continuously improve the clarity, consistency, and quality of written content across all submissions.
- Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and senior leadership to gather technical input for responses.
- Translate complex technical information into concise, client-focused narratives.
- Ensure all content complies with client requirements, tender scoring criteria, and internal quality standards.
- Manage review processes, proofread all submissions, and oversee final formatting to meet deadlines.
- 5+ years’ experience as a bid writer, ideally within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Data centre experience preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- EU passport or legal right to work in Ireland.
- €70,000 – €90,000 salary (depending on experience)
