Project ManagerLocation: Dublin (Hybrid) Contract: Fixed-TermResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Dataflow Transformation project, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to maintain momentum and delivery focus.Oversee financial aspects of the project, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget control.Drive stakeholder engagement, including communication with senior executives and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.Manage project closure and transition to business-as-usual, including lessons learned reviews and benefits tracking.Requirements10+ years' experience in leading and managing complex change/transformation projects.Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes in cross-border or multinational environments.Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.Knowledge of project methodologies and governance processes.Insurance sector experience highly desirable.
