Bid ManagerSouth DublinCirca €100k + PackageBid Manager required for leading International contractor based in Dublin.Reporting to the Preconstruction Director, you will demonstrate true leadership and project management skills to deliver successful bids on time and to the highest quality.The Bid Manager will have a proven track record of managing bid submissions for projects across a range of sectors including: - Data Centres, Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial Residential and more.Key Responsibilities:Manage and drive the progress to completion of bid submissions.Lead the preparation of bid documents, including gathering project requirements, organizing bid materials, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.Undertake a detailed analysis of all technical aspects associated with bids and tender opportunity and develop the approach in relation to risk, temporary works, phasing, logistics, and buildability.Manage written technical and quality submissions required for bids.Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the other members of the work winning and planning teams and John Paul management. Specific Requirements7+ years relevant industry experience, ideally Building.Relevant 3rd level qualificationExperience specifically focused on managing bid submissions.Experience in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Tender Portals PackageOn Offer
